The VU
Best room at the Warhol exhibit, featured a den of pillows, strobe lights and multiple projectors. Ahh yes, and classically terrific music.

In A Magic World - deuxieme partie
Taken last week, when the majesty of the season was at it's fallest.
"What is it? Wednesday? Let's play a Wednesday song."
I'm finding the days in between my trips to Vancouver & Calgary a strange blur. A chronological void, that's tough to make much sense of.
We recorded a handful of songs the other night, and I'm happy with the way 2 of them turned out. Might even end up posting them.

one man's junk...
Good morning world!
Another week down. Let's hope these last 2 fly by as well. Although, it helps to be so beyond busy you're not sure what to do with yourself. Let's see if I can get a website from Photoshop mock to live in 3 days!

When you jump...
Playing with an elongated shutter speed coupled with a bit 'o' zoom.
Feeling as though I've achieved the status of 'Fail' in my personal life, as of late.
On the other hand, Archaeopteryx is my new found love. Outs controlled or random MIDI to MIDI devices, Garageband, Propellerhead Reason, Ableton Live, etc.

The Birdcage @ Occupied
Occupied Shoppe in Vancouver
Dum dee da. Back from Vancouver. A successful trip, all in all. A whirlwind, though. Thanks for showing your love, Vancity!
Looking forward to turkey & pumpkin pie tonight.
21 days remain.

only in dreams
There's waaaay too much going on in this photo...
Kaja purchased a slow cooker yesterday, so we had Thansgiving Dinner #1 last night. I'm quite distraught my Montréal's lack of pre-made pie options at the grocery store. Namely, pumpkin.
Off to Vancouver early tomorrow morning. Oh, Vancity, you better have some Pumpkin Pie! (And Eggnog? Pretty please?)
25!

Market Spice
What do you get when you cross a regular morning with a Chuck?
A friend from Calgary is in town for the week. We'll probably stop by Avesta for some delicious Turkish cuisine.
