Looks like the Midnight Poutine blog used another of my photos in today's
Morning Brew article.
So dang flattering!

For the weird dinner party. Surprisingly quite tasty!
Today, and this week, are no fun.
Started a design for the band's website. Just saw a pattern on Squidfingers and had to run with it.
Perhaps I'll share when the mock-up is done?
Good morning!
Let's start the day with a cigarette, some coffee, and Wii Fit.
Shall we?
What's this bechamel sauce stuff? Never heard of it before, but it infested a couple layers on our ginormously delicious lasagna.
Ginormously.
Another SM&J shot.
We rearranged everything in the tunes room last night. Getting much better sound separation with less feedback. Oh, and there's about 3x as much room to walk around in.
Kaja said there was a word for rearranging furniture in Polish. A quick search on Google comes up with: 'przemeblowanie'. Who knew?
One terrific performance.
Super tired and groggy, but once the music hit I was uplifted.
Feeling pretty gross this morning.
Woke up at 5AM and heard meowing from outside. Just how did Bandit sneak out, and what brave encounters did he face in those lonely 4 hours?
I recently received my 10x free Moo cards from the EU. Pretty gorgeous lil' things, I must say. And dig the photo metadata written on the backs!
Wii Fit, surprisingly amazing. I'm gonna be healthy in no time!
Oh, and David Sedaris is a terrific author. And his book, Me Talk Pretty One Day is also quite terrific.
Spent an hour checking the music instrument listings on craigslist this morning. In the market for a guitar amp, a keyboard/organ/piano, and Moog Taurus bass pedals.
*tap tap* Is this thing on?
This photo's from the day we were locked outside. Faces, faces galore!
Chantale and I found this lying around in the Plateau region. With a little love, tender care, and a sharpie we added a few modifications.
This was at Paul's old place. It was a nice fern, quite loyal...
Last night we had neon blue cheese snails and bacon ice cream. What'd you have?
Went to see Moe Clark do her fabulous spoken word performance last night. Funny how a good majority of events we attend here are related to Calgary.
This is the menu at a dive all-night diner called "Nouveau Palais" on the Plateau. Hilarious place, highly recommended.
This is from a well known local shop, I'll leave it up to users of the internets to name where.
HAPPY PROVINCIAL MOVING DAY! The majority of rent leases expire on July 1st here in Québec, so we went out looking for some sweet finds that people leave on the street. Alas, we came back empty handed.
Just now, a coal on our sheesha sparked like a firework and scared the Jacob.
